Soap & the City
UnclaimedAbout
Soap & the City, operating at softwashcharlotte.com and described in its footer as a Caboodle Holdings company, is an exterior cleaning business that says it has served Charlotte and Lake Norman since 2020. Its listed service area includes Charlotte, Mooresville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Matthews, Waxhaw, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Tega Cay, Lake Wylie and Indian Land. The solar panel cleaning page describes a four-step process: an assessment of panel layout, roof pitch and access points, application of deionized water with all minerals removed, scrubbing with soft brushes designed for solar panels and glass, and a rinse and dry. The page states no chemicals or soaps are used, that water-fed poles allow ground-level cleaning where possible with fall protection for roof work, and that the company does not promise a fixed percentage production gain. It recommends annual cleaning for most homes. Other services include roof cleaning, house washing, window cleaning, driveway and gutter cleaning, paver restoration, natural stone cleaning and deck cleaning, plus a commercial line covering building washing, parking lots and recurring service contracts. The site does not state insurance or licensing.
