What we collect
When you request quotes we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and details about your solar system. When you create an account we also store your login credentials (passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text) and any profile details or photos you add. Cleaning companies additionally provide business details and payment information (handled by Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers).
How we use it
Quote request details are shared only with the cleaning companies you explicitly pick — that is the service. We use your email to send the transactional messages that make the platform work (quote confirmations, replies, account and security notices) and, if you opt in, cleaning reminders. We do not sell your personal information.
Calls and texts
By submitting a quote request you consent to being contacted about that request, by the companies you picked, by phone, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can tell any company to stop contacting you at any time.
Cookies

Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. Data retention & security
Lead and account data is retained while your account is active and as required for accounting and dispute resolution. Passwords are hashed with scrypt; payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe; access to personal information is limited by role.
