What CleanMySolarPanels is
CleanMySolarPanels is a directory and lead marketplace connecting homeowners with independent solar panel cleaning companies. We are not a cleaning company, we do not perform or supervise cleaning work, and companies listed here are independent businesses — not our employees, agents, or partners. Homeowners contract directly with the company they hire.
For homeowners
Quote requests are free and create no obligation. You choose which companies may contact you. Verify licensing and insurance directly with any company before hiring — chips and badges on profiles reflect information provided to us and our review process, not a guarantee. Reviews may only be posted for jobs booked through the platform, and must be honest and your own experience.
For cleaning companies
Claiming a profile requires that you are authorized to represent the business. Leads are paid from your prepaid wallet at the price shown before purchase. Refunds are available per lead for legitimate reasons (invalid contact details, outside your service area, duplicates) and are reviewed by us; abuse of the refund system may result in account termination. You are responsible for your licensing, insurance, taxes, and the quality of your work. Contact leads only about their request and honor opt-outs — you are responsible for your own TCPA compliance when calling or texting.
Payments
Wallet top-ups are processed by Stripe. Wallet credit is not a deposit account, accrues no interest, and — apart from approved per-lead refunds — is refundable on account closure at our discretion, less amounts owed. [CONFIRM: refund-on-closure policy.]
Content you upload
You keep ownership of photos and text you upload (profile images, job photos, updates, reviews). By uploading, you grant CleanMySolarPanels a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them on the platform and to feature them in our content and marketing, with credit and a link to your profile where practical. You can revoke featuring rights for future use by removing the content or emailing us; you confirm you have the right to share anything you upload (including the property owner's permission for job photos). Acceptable use
No fake reviews, fake leads, scraping, reselling of lead data, or attempts to circumvent lead billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that harm the platform or its users.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanMySolarPanels is not liable for the work performed by listed companies, for lost profits, or for indirect damages; our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-product. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
