ProSoaks
UnclaimedAbout
ProSoaks is an exterior cleaning company operating since 2022 that describes itself as Vancouver, Washington roof cleaning and soft washing experts and says it serves the Vancouver and Portland area, with Vancouver first and Portland too. Its solar panel cleaning page, written by Brandon Hartz, says the company cleans panels with low-pressure soft washing, never high pressure or harsh scrubbing: cleaners are applied, left to dwell and rinsed thoroughly so no residue remains, and the surrounding roof is cleaned so moss does not spread onto the panels. It recommends cleaning every 12 to 18 months, or sooner with heavy buildup, and cites a Battle Ground job as an example. Other services are window cleaning, house soft washing, pressure washing of driveways, sidewalks, decks and fences, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, asphalt seal coating and commercial work for apartment complexes, schools and city buildings. The site states the company is fully insured, pesticide licensed and uses background-checked technicians, and offers a damage-free guarantee and a three-year moss-free roof warranty. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
